Performance Improvement Campaign

As part of my graduate studies in Educational Technology at Concordia University, I followed the Human Performance Technology (HPT) framework to conduct a performance needs analysis and designed both learning and non-learning interventions which were focused on supporting volunteers assisting in an organization's dance classes which are adapted to participants with disabilities. Across the span of one semester, and through direct observations, staff and volunteer feedback, and a review of current practices, I designed targeted training interventions that could help improve volunteer support while preserving participant autonomy and creativity. This project demonstrates my ability to apply human performance methodologies in a real-world setting, collaborate with stakeholders, and create meaningful, human-centered solutions.
