eLearning Program Audit

I recently participated in the audit of an eLearning program. This program recently changed ownership, and the new program owners are looking to update the program.  I was tasked with an initial functionality test to ensure that everything was working as expected, following the migration of the program onto an LMS that is administered by a different group. Later on, I was tasked with assessing the overall design, with a focus on WCAG accessibility standards as well as the overall visual appeal and learner experience. Excel document where I am have identified functionality and accessibility problems. I have maintained a consistent naming scheme for the types of activities as well so that we can have a different way of viewing the variety of activities that exist in the program.
